# June 17, 2026 — Referral program credit at onboarding

> New clinicians who complete onboarding with a valid referral code now automatically receive $2,500 in waived payment processing fees.

### \$2,500 waived-fee credit on onboarding

New clinicians who complete onboarding with a valid referral code now automatically receive **\$2,500 in waived payment processing fees** for their team. The credit is granted once, at the moment onboarding completes, and is consumed per charge as the team processes payments through Thrizer.

What this means for you:

* If you start sign-up from a referral link, the referral code is prefilled on the referral step of onboarding.
* If you sign up without a link, enter the referral code on the referral step. Matching is case-insensitive.
* The credit is granted only if the code exists, is active, is not expired, and is under its maximum-uses cap. Self-referrals are not allowed, and each clinician can redeem only one referral code, ever.
* Duplicate onboarding submissions do not double-count the credit.
