## Updates

### Upload Superbill has been removed from the Client Portal

As announced on [July 22, 2026](/help/changelog/2026-07-22), client-side superbill upload is retired as of **August 9, 2026**. The **Upload Superbill** button no longer appears on **Home** or on the **Claims** page in the Client Portal, and the sunset notice has been removed.

**Who this affects:** clients who previously uploaded superbills themselves. This was typically for providers who are not on Thrizer.

**What still works:**

* **Claims already submitted are not affected.** Superbills and manual claims you submitted before August 9, 2026 continue to process normally, and you can still view them on the Claims page.
* **Generate Superbill still works.** You can still generate a superbill PDF for your own records from the Client Portal.
* **If your clinician is on Thrizer**, they continue to submit claims automatically through OON Pay and Thrizer Pay. No action needed.
* **Insurance link and retry prompts** still appear on Home and Claims when your insurance is not yet linked, so you can finish linking your plan for benefits and reimbursement.

**What to do:**

* If you have a superbill from a provider who is not on Thrizer, email it to [help@thrizer.com](mailto:help@thrizer.com) and the Thrizer team can help.
* If your clinician uses Thrizer, no action is needed.
