# Clinician connections

> See your connected clinicians, open clinician details, and accept or decline a pending clinician invitation from your Client Portal.

## Overview

Use Clinicians to manage clinician relationships connected to your Thrizer account.

## Where to go

Go to:

**Client Portal → Clinicians**

## Clinicians list

The clinicians list shows:

* Clinician
* Email
* Practice
* Payment Type
* Status

Pending invitations show **Accept** and **Decline** actions on the row.

## Clinician details

Select a clinician to view details. The detail view is organized into:

* Connection
* Practice Information

## Accept or decline an invitation

If a clinician invites you to connect, the invitation appears as a pending row in your **Clinicians** list with **Status** showing the pending state and **Actions** available on the row.

From the pending row, use:

* **Accept** to accept the connection
* **Decline** to decline the connection

After you accept or decline, the pending row is removed from the pending state.

## What a connection does

A clinician connection lets your clinician manage supported Thrizer features for your care, such as payments and claims that apply to your account and payment type.
