Support handles 1099-K requests manually — email [help@thrizer.com](mailto:help@thrizer.com) from the practice email associated with your Thrizer account. Thrizer does not issue K-1 forms or other tax forms. ## How to request your 1099-K Email [help@thrizer.com](mailto:help@thrizer.com) with: * The **practice email** associated with your Thrizer account. * The **tax year** you need. If you do not specify a year, support will assume the current tax year. Fulfillment follows standard support response timelines. ## Which Tax ID to use when filing When completing tax filings with a 1099-K issued by Thrizer, the **payer TIN** is Thrizer’s TIN: **863015188** ## What to know * 1099-K issuance is the **tax reporting** use of Thrizer’s TIN. The Tax ID that appears on insurance **claims** depends on your billing configuration and may differ. Do not assume the same TIN applies to both contexts. * Thrizer cannot provide tax advice.
