Client Portal

Clinicians Overview Page

Add Clinician: First Name, Last Name, Clinician Email (invites clinician to join Thrizer). Search and view clinician list. For each clinician: name, payment type (OON Pay, Self-Pay/Direct Pay, Thrizer Pay), email, practice name, status (invite pending if not set up), and action to remove clinician.

Payments Overview Page

Filter by date range. Export. View sorted newest to oldest: Date, Clinician, Appointment Date, Charge Type, Amount, Payment Type. More Details: Transaction Date, Appointment Date, Charge Type, Clinician Rate, Claim Number.

Claims Overview Page

Add Claim: manually upload superbill for submission to insurance company. Can be used for superbills if clinician is not on Thrizer or if visit came before using Thrizer. Supports PDF upload and manual entry (diagnosis code, provider information, provider name, practice name, provider NPI, group NPI, tax ID, address). View sorted newest to oldest: Date, Claim Number, Clinician, Appointment Date, Status (Processing, Approved, Denied), Result (Still Processing, Applied to Deductible, Reimbursed). Details include general information, client information, and clinician information.

Me Page / Account Settings

General: First Name, Last Name, Email (cannot be edited after creation), Phone, Address. Insurance (OON Benefits): Deductible, Amount Remaining on Deductible, Estimated Reimbursement Amount (post deductible, based on co-insurance and allowed amount). Cards and Bank: Payment Methods (debit/credit, supports multiple and default), Reimbursement Account (bank account for receiving reimbursements: account number, routing number, account type). Payment Type selection: Thrizer Pay (only pay co-insurance portion), OON Pay (pay full fee and wait for reimbursement), Self Pay (pay full fee without insurance).

Clinician Portal

Client Overview Page

View product update notifications. Filter between Active and Archived clients. Search for client. Add Client (email invitation sent, client must accept): First Name, Last Name, Email. Client List actions: Select Payment (OON Pay, Thrizer Pay, Direct Pay). Thrizer Pay can be selected once deductible has been met and there is a history of approved claims. Add Charge (select client, clinician, payment method, amount, date, location, service, duration) — types: Appointment, Client No-Show, Miscellaneous. View Details. Options: Manage Client, Pin Client, Archive Client, Remove Client. Individual Client Page tabs:
  • General: Diagnosis codes (manage, add, delete). Payment Methods (supports HSA/FSA cards, credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover).
  • Insurance: Add/edit insurance plan. View benefits: OON Deductible + remaining/progress, Coverage Amount (based on co-insurance and allowed amount), client pays full fee until deductible is met then can choose OON Pay or Thrizer Pay. Information shown is NOT a guarantee of coverage.
  • Payments: Export transactions (CSV, Superbill). List of transactions. Transaction details include ID, dates, charge type, payout date, clinician, client, gross amount, processing fee (3%), net amount, payment type, client paid.
  • Claims: List of claims with number, submission date, appointment date, status, result. Filterable.
  • Charging Profile: Configure service and rate that autofills when charging. Service, Amount, Duration, Location.

Payments Overview Page

Payout dashboard. Confirmed Charges (See All, Export). Pending Charges (See All, Export). Payout History (See All, Export).

Benefits Overview Page

Instant Benefit Checker: Check client OON benefits directly. Fields: Rate, Service, First Name, Last Name, DOB, Insurance Company, Member ID. Thrizer Widget: Customize widget (branding, name, colors). At least one team member must be active with a service to enable. Add Team Member with services and rates. Website Embed. Shareable Link (create Thrizer-hosted link). Analytics (monitor widget traffic over time).

Help Page

Request Help. Request Benefit Check for client (if website check fails).

Referral Page

Share signup code, link, or email invite. Referrer gets next $2,500 in payments free when peer submits first charge. Referred person gets same benefit. Waived Balance shows future fee-waived revenue.

Me (My Account) Page

My Team: View team members (name, email, role, status). Add/manage team members: First Name, Last Name, Email, Individual NPI, Role (Practice Administrator with full access, or Clinician). Actions: Resend Invite, Remove Member. Check Client Benefits (same as Benefits Page). Account Settings: Personal Information (photo, legal name, email — cannot be changed, NPI, password reset). Business Information (business name, practice name/DBA, tax ID, group NPI, entity type, address). Bank Account (account number, routing number, account type: business checking, business savings, personal). Feedback Center: Rate us and send improvement notes.
