New features

Clinicians have a new Send login link row action on the client list and client detail page. It emails the client a button that opens the Thrizer client portal directly. Use it when a client has lost their bookmark or can’t find a previous email, and doesn’t need a full password reset. What this means for you:
  • Where to find it: Open the client list or a client’s detail page and use the row actions menu.
  • When it’s available: On clients with an accepted or archived connection.
  • When it’s disabled: If the client has no email on file. A tooltip prompts you to add an email first — update the client’s email and try again.
  • What the client sees: An email with a button that takes them straight into their Thrizer client portal. No password reset required.
Use Send Password Reset when the client has forgotten their password, and Resend Invite when the connection is still pending. Send login link is the right choice for an existing, signed-up client who just needs a quick way back in. See Add and manage clients for the full list of client row actions.
