Practice administrators can add and manage team members.

Where to go

Team member workflows appear in:
  • Clinician Portal → Team
  • Clinician Portal → Benefits → Team roster
  • Clinician Portal → Home → Invite Teammate

Add a team member

Go to: Clinician Portal → Team Use Add Team Member to open the invitation modal. The workflow includes:
  • Role
The available team role in the Team area is Staff Member.

Widget connection

Team member setup also affects the Thrizer Widget. At least one active team member needs a service and rate before the Widget can be used for prospective client benefit checks.

Role boundary

Team management is practice-admin functionality. Users without team-management access should ask a practice administrator to invite or update team members.
