Use Settings to manage your client account details, insurance, payment methods, and reimbursement bank information.

Where to go

Go to: Client Portal → Settings The Settings menu includes:
  • My profile
  • Insurance plan
  • Payment methods
  • Reimbursement bank

My profile

My profile shows:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Created At
You can edit:
  • First Name
  • Last Name

Password reset

Use Password Reset from your profile to open the password-reset confirmation flow and send a reset email.

Email address

Your email address is visible in your profile. Thrizer accounts are email-bound, so the email address on an existing account cannot be edited. Use the other Settings sections to:
  • View or edit your insurance plan
  • Add, view, set default, or delete payment methods
  • Add, edit, or view your reimbursement bank account
