Use Clinicians to manage clinician relationships connected to your Thrizer account.

Where to go

Go to: Client Portal → Clinicians

Clinicians list

The clinicians list shows:
  • Clinician
  • Email
  • Practice
  • Payment Type
  • Status
Pending invitations show Accept and Decline actions on the row.

Clinician details

Select a clinician to view details. The detail view is organized into:
  • Connection
  • Practice Information

Accept or decline an invitation

If a clinician invites you to connect, the invitation appears as a pending row in your Clinicians list with Status showing the pending state and Actions available on the row. From the pending row, use:
  • Accept to accept the connection
  • Decline to decline the connection
After you accept or decline, the pending row is removed from the pending state.

What a connection does

A clinician connection lets your clinician manage supported Thrizer features for your care, such as payments and claims that apply to your account and payment type.
