Add a claim manually
Use Add Claim to add a claim manually. Manual claim entry requires a verified insurance link. If insurance is not linked, use Link insurance to go to insurance settings.What a superbill should include
A valid superbill should include the information needed for claim submission, including provider details, service dates, billed amount, diagnosis code, and CPT code.Benefit checks and reimbursement estimates help set expectations. Insurance carriers determine final coverage, reimbursement amounts, deductible application, claim approval, and processing time.
