Add Claim removed from the client portal
Clients can no longer manually enter claim details themselves from the Thrizer client portal. The Add Claim entry point on Home and on the Claims page has been retired. Who this affects: clients who previously typed claim details into Add Claim to submit an out-of-network claim on their own. What to do instead:- If you have a superbill PDF from your provider, use Upload Superbill on Home or Claims (available while the feature is still active — see below).
- If your clinician uses Thrizer, they submit the claim automatically after the charge processes. No action needed.
- For anything else, contact help@thrizer.com.
Upload Superbill will be discontinued on August 9, 2026
Selecting Upload Superbill in the client portal now opens a heads-up notice explaining that the feature will be discontinued on August 9, 2026. You can still upload superbills today — select Continue on the notice to open the upload drawer as usual. Dismissing the notice cancels the upload. What this means:- You can still upload superbills through the client portal until August 9, 2026.
- Claims already submitted are not affected. Superbills and manual claims you have already submitted will continue to process normally.
- After August 9, 2026, client-side superbill upload will no longer be available in the client portal. If your clinician uses Thrizer’s OON Pay or Thrizer Pay, they can continue submitting claims on your behalf.
- If you have pending superbills from a provider who is not on Thrizer, upload them before August 9, 2026.
- If your clinician is on Thrizer, no action is needed — claims submitted through OON Pay and Thrizer Pay continue to work.
