Finish an incomplete practice address from a warning banner

Practice Administrators on approved merchant accounts now see a warning banner in the Clinician Portal when the practice’s business address is missing or unusable for claims. Selecting the banner opens Practice Settings with the Business address editor already expanded, so you can fix it in one click and clear the banner as soon as you save. Who this affects: Practice Administrators of approved merchant practices whose stored business address is incomplete. Staff Members and Clinicians do not see the banner. Why it matters: A complete practice address is required for Thrizer to submit claims on your behalf. Fixing it promptly prevents claim submission delays. What to do: If the banner appears, select it, review the address in the modal, and save. See Settings and profile for what lives on the Practice Settings tab.

See who created each claim in the Clinician Portal

The claim details drawer in the Clinician Portal now includes a Claim created by row so you can tell at a glance whether a claim was created by you, another team member, or by Thrizer on your behalf. Claims created by Thrizer show as Thrizer Admin; claims created by a clinician on your team show that person’s display name. Who this affects: clinicians and Practice Administrators viewing claim details in the Clinician Portal. The client portal is unchanged. Why it matters: it’s now obvious who initiated a claim, which is helpful when reconciling submissions across a team or when following up with Thrizer support. What to do: nothing — open any claim in the Clinician Portal to see the new row. See Claims and superbills.

Clinician name search matches full names in claims

Filtering claims by clinician name now matches on any word in the name, so a search like Jane Smith returns claims for Jane Smith even though the query spans two words. Previously, multi-word searches could miss matching clinicians. Who this affects: anyone searching or filtering claims by clinician in the Clinician Portal. What to do: nothing — searches you were already running will simply return more of the results you expect. See Claims and superbills.
