Incomplete practices now name the exact unmet business-info requirements

Practice Settings used to show a generic has missing information hint when a practice was Incomplete, and Submit for review rejected the submission with an equally generic error. Practice Administrators now see the specific rows Thrizer is still waiting on, both at the top of Practice Settings and in the response when a submission is blocked:
  • Business Structure
  • Business Name
  • Business Tax ID (covers the 9-digit ID and the EIN/SSN type). The type is a separate value inside the tax-ID modal, not a row of its own.
  • Business Address (must include a street line; city, state, and ZIP alone are not enough)
  • Practice Name
Who this affects: Practice Administrators whose practice is Incomplete and cannot charge clients yet. Why it matters: two of the checks (tax ID type and a street-only business address) could stay unmet while nothing on screen looked blank, so administrators could not self-correct and could not enter the review queue either. Naming the fields lets you finish setup without contacting support. See Business verification status for the full list of checked fields and Why can’t I charge my clients? for the self-service path.
