Apt, Suite, Floor, or Unit is now its own field on your business address
When you enter or edit your practice’s Business address, Apt/suite is now its own line under Street. Selecting a result from the address suggestions fills Street, Apt/suite, City, State, and ZIP into separate editable fields, so you can correct any single field without retyping the whole address. Who this affects: clinicians and Practice Administrators editing their practice’s business address during onboarding, in Settings → Practice Settings, and Thrizer admins editing a clinician’s Business Information. Why it matters: the unit line now travels with the address into claims. It appears as a second address line on claim submissions to payers, so what payers receive matches exactly what you entered. What to do: open Settings → Practice Settings → Business address, confirm your street is correct, and add your Apt, Suite, Floor, or Unit in the new field if you have one. Existing addresses that had the unit written into the street line (for example,123 Main St Suite 500) still display and bill correctly. The unit stays in Street until you re-select the address or type it into the new Apt/suite field. See Settings and profile.
Save a separate mailing address in Practice Settings
Practice Settings now has a Mailing Address row below Business Address. You can set and clear it using the same multi-field editor, including the Apt/suite line. Who this affects: clinicians and Practice Administrators managing their own practice in the Clinician Portal. This field is not editable from the Thrizer admin view in this release. Why it matters: if your practice receives correspondence at a different address than your business location, you can now record it on your practice profile. What to do: open Settings → Practice Settings, scroll to Mailing Address, and enter the address if you want one on file. Clearing this field will not change your Business address. Township and other partial address matches now fill the structured fields
Address suggestions for townships and other locations without a standard city name (for example, addresses that only resolve to a postal town or sub-locality) now fill Street, City, State, and ZIP correctly instead of collapsing the whole match into the Street field. Previously, picking one of these suggestions could leave you with something likeUranus Drive, PA 19020 in Street and blank city/state/ZIP.
Who this affects: clinicians and Practice Administrators whose practice is in a township or an area without a standard locality.
What to do: nothing is required. If you previously worked around this by typing your address manually, re-select it from the suggestions to move each part into its own field. See Settings and profile.
