Review Services and prices after reassignment

When a practice administrator reassigns a client to another clinician, Thrizer clears the client’s Primary Service and customized Service terms for that relationship. Services belong to each clinician, so these settings do not transfer to the new clinician. This applies to individual client reassignment and to clients reassigned when removing a team member. The reassignment confirmation explains that these settings will be cleared. Before the next charge, open Clinician Portal → Clients, select the client, and go to Overview → Services → Manage. Review the new clinician’s Services and prices, select a Primary Service, and set any client-specific terms needed. Without client-specific terms, the new clinician’s catalog defaults apply. If no Primary Service is set, choose a Service when creating each charge. See Customize Services for a client for the full steps.
