Your practice can now email a client a secure link to add a card for your practice. Your client can add a card through the link without signing in to or using their Thrizer account.
  • For your practice: anyone who can add a payment method for the client can open Clinician Portal → Clients → select the client → Payment Methods, select Send card link, and confirm with Send link. The client needs an email address on file.
  • For your client: they open the link, read the card-on-file authorization, type their full name, accept the authorization, and save their card.
The link adds a card for your practice only. It works once and expires after 7 days. Sending a new link stops any earlier unused link from working. The saved card becomes your client’s default card for your practice, replacing any earlier default. After your client saves a card through a link, select Authorization on file on that card’s row in Payment Methods to see who signed, when they signed, and the authorization text they accepted.
