Send superbills automatically

Your practice can now have Thrizer email clients PDF superbills after each session, weekly, or monthly, instead of exporting each one manually.
  • For one client: the assigned clinician can choose a schedule under Clinician Portal → Clients → select the client → Overview → Clinician → Edit → Automatic superbills. The connection must be accepted.
  • For your practice: a Team Owner or Practice Administrator can set a default under Clinician Portal → Settings → Practice Settings → Automatic superbills. It applies to OON Billing clients with accepted connections who have no individual setting.
A client’s own schedule, including Off, takes priority over the practice default. Review the included-from date before confirming: a client who starts following the practice default later can receive unsent sessions from that earlier date. Automatic emails leave out visits with an existing Thrizer claim. Sending a superbill creates a document; it does not submit an insurance claim.
