The Thrizer Widget is the public version of the Benefits Checker. It lets prospective clients preview estimated out-of-network benefits and session costs using a practice’s configured clinicians, services, and rates.Where to go
Open the Benefits area in the Clinician Portal to access the practice’s Widget and benefits-checking setup. Practice administrators can manage the Benefits Checker and public Widget configuration where supported. Clinicians can use benefits-checking tools and manage the public Widget where their role permits.What affects the public Widget
The Widget requires:- at least one clinician set up
- at least one service and rate for that clinician
- the clinician’s Display setting set to Shown
Sharing the Widget
The practice can share the public Widget by link or website embed where supported by the current interface. The Widget is designed for prospective benefit checks. A person does not need to be added as a Thrizer client before using the public Widget. The clinician must add the person as a client before charging sessions or using a supported OON Pay or Thrizer Pay claim process for them.If expected controls are missing
First confirm that your role permits Widget management and that the clinician, service, rate, and Display requirements are satisfied. If the expected controls remain unavailable, ask a practice administrator or request help through your Thrizer account.Widget and benefit-check results are estimates. Insurance carriers determine final coverage, allowed amounts, deductible application, claim approval, reimbursement, and timing.
