Widget setup requirements

The Widget requires at least one active team member with a service and rate. Those services and rates determine what prospective clients can select in the public benefits calculator.

  • Page appearance

Widget actions

The Benefits page supports:
  • Refresh Dashboard
  • Sync Members
  • Navigate to Add Team Member

Sharing the Widget

The Widget supports two formats:
  • iframe
  • standalone
Use the iframe option to embed the Widget on a website. Use the standalone option to share a Thrizer-hosted benefits-check page.

Public Widget behavior

The public Widget displays the insurance benefits eligibility widget for the specified facility or team. If the Widget is inactive, the public page shows an inactive message.
Benefit checks and reimbursement estimates help set expectations. Insurance carriers determine final coverage, reimbursement amounts, deductible application, claim approval, and processing time.
